How booking works
Once we confirm your date, I’ll send a performance agreement outlining all event details. A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve the date once the terms are accepted. After the deposit is received, I’ll send a planning packet and schedule a design session—by phone or in person—to discuss your special day or upcoming event. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event date. All additional legal terms will be included in the performance agreement. We carry 2 million dollars in liability insurance.
